Classes: Making a Sustainable Living on the Gulf Islands

This Heartwood Folk School series on Pender also welcomes folks from Galiano, Mayne and Saturna who are interested in “Making a Sustainable Island Living”!

NEXT 2018 CLASS DATE TO BE ANNOUNCED (contact info@heartwoodfolkschool.ca for details).  Classes so far have included: The Good Enough Business Plan; How Co-ops WorkOnline Marketing Basics; and Creating & Sustaining an Island Artistic Enterprise.

Future 2018 classes may include Making a Living from the Food you Grow and also Computer Accounting for your Island EnterpriseCLASS SERIES HERE: http://heartwoodfolkschool.ca/sustainable-enterprise.

These classes are for: anyone wanting to start up or grow a Gulf Island enterprise or non-profit (including younger persons); existing businesses; people who want to create an island job; or non-profits interested in skill-building or social enterprise.
