Journaling for Health (Mayne program)

Journaling for Health: Five week Sunday gathering, from January 7 – February 4, 2018, 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
Beginning with a walk to connect with nature, we will then gather in a private home with ocean views, and write to various prompts.
No writing or journaling experience required and sharing always optional. I consider writing right up there with exercise, diet, and prescriptions for health. Research backs this up.
8 participants maximum.
