Heartwood’s new growth

As we fold into winter with trees growing dormant, jewel-like preserves beckoning from the pantry and the crackle of dry kindling erupting in the woodstove, Heartwood has been evolving, shifting and sprouting new growth! While Zorah Staar remains our steadfast President, Mae Moore is the new Executive Director and Robyn Ludwig has been named as Inter-Island Coordinator. There are some new Board members rounding out Heartwood Folk School, as well! Welcome to all!!

We are gearing up to bring forth many new workshops in sustainable living, beginning in January 2017. (see New Classes on the Home Page). Workshops will be posted as soon as we confirm the schedule.

If you would like to be informed about theses classes, please sign up at: info@heartwoodfolkschool.ca

We look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones as we build community.
